This book covers only two and a half years, right at the end of the Low Moor Company's existence.

The first two columns show the address of the property followed by the amount of rent paid per week (in shillings and pence) Each page covers three months but we have not transcribed the weekly payments.

We have initially listed the names of tenants as recorded in the Apl/Jun quarter of 1925. If there is a significant change of name, or a new tenant, we have noted this under the quarter this occurs.

Following each quarters rents is a list of arrears and when they were settled. This list is so long it that some quarters it includes most of the tenants names! The column bfwd shows the amount of arrears against each person when the book started, the later column cfwd shows the amounts of arrears when the book ends.

Please bear in mind that some of the streets have been re-numbered since this list was made and addresses such as Royds Hall relate to a cottage there rather than rent on the main hall.
